Case Discussion

Vesicovaginal fistulas can occur as a complication of pelvic surgery. This case is a good illustration of the appearance on fluoroscopy.

The patient had had previous surgery for vesicovaginal fistula, and also complained of dampness in the vagina during the image acquisition giving further evidence to this diagnosis.
