Heterogeneous lesion in right CP angle region, extending into right internal auditory canal and causing its expansion. Mass effect is seen on brainstem, cerebellum and 4th ventricle causing obstructive hydrocephalus and transependymal edema.

Findings characteristic of a histopathologically proven schwannoma.
