Right cerebellopontine angle mass lesion with intracanalicular extension widening the ipsilateral internal auditory canal. It is measuring 3.3 x 2.5 x 2.5 cm in dimensions. It shows intense post-contrast enhancement with internal cystic changes. It exerts mass effect upon the brainstem and right cerebellar hemisphere. Peritumoural CSF cleft is seen between it and the brainstem.
