A young female patient with new onset tinnitus. Occasional headaches were also reported.

A well defined extra-axial mass arising from the intercanalicular portion of the right IAM smoothly fungating into the right CPA. The lesion shows hypointense T1 signal and isointense T2 signal. Avid enhancement followed contrast administration, with areas of internal non-enhancing cystic changes.
Case Discussion
This cases has strong radiologic features of a vestibular schwannoma, the most common CPA tumor.
