Sudden onset of pain left wrist.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female

Findings in keeping with Madelung deformity: 
Exaggerated radial inclination, “V-shaped” proximal carpal row wedged between radius and ulna and positive ulnar variance

Madelung deformity with Vickers ligament (yellow arrow on annotated coronal slices)

Ganglions on dorsal and volar side of scapholunate joint

Dorsal radiocarpal synovitis 

Physiological luxation of ECU tendon with wrist in supination (best seen on the axial images)
