CT shows:

  • Medialized right true vocal cord.

  • Anteromedial rotation of ipsilateral arytenoid cartilage.

  • Dilated laryngeal ventricle (sail sign).

  • Medialized and thickened right aryepiglottic fold with enlarged pyriform sinus.
