Left-sided pyriform sinus is enlarged as compared to right one.
Medialization and thickening of the left aryepiglottic fold is noted.
No CT detectable lesion is seen.
Thyroid gland is enlarged and showing few hypodense nodules in both lobes.
Case Discussion
CT findings most likely suggest left-sided vocal cord paralysis as detailed above.
