Von Hippel-Lindau disease

Status post left nephrectomy. The right kidney showed multiple cystic lesions some are complex with solid enhancing components.
The pancreas is almost completely replaced by innumerable cystic lesions. No arterially enhancing lesions are seen.
Fatty liver is likely related to chemotherapy treatment.
Case Discussion
Known case of vHL disease status post left nephrectomy due to renal cell carcinoma, showing pancreatic and right renal cysts, some of which are complex with solid components and worrisome for additional malignancies.
