Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

Multiple thin-walled cystic lesions are seen at pancreas, the largest one measuring 38 mm at the pancreatic head. Fine foci of calcification are noted at pancreatic neck cyst. The pancreatic duct is not dilated.

A 50 mm well defined heterogeneous solid-cystic mass is seen at upper portion the of left kidney. The mass has small foci of calcification and contrast enhanced is noted at solid portions. At least two similar smaller lesion are seen at lower portion of the same kidney and there are two 35 and 27mm similar masses at upper portion of the right kidney. A few small cortical cysts are noted at both kidney too. There is no sign of vascular invasion.
