Multiple right renal cysts are seen, with at least two lesions showing early enhancement during arterial phase, and rapid-washout during delayed phase, suggesting possible small renal cell carcinomas.
Pancreatic cysts, another characteristic feature of von Hippel-Lindau syndrome are also seen.
