Right temporoparietal old infarction and surrounding gliosis with on top ex vacuo dilatation of the right lateral ventricle. Abnormal volume loss of the right cerebral peduncle as well as high T2 signal.
Case Discussion
Male patient describes recent onset of headaches. The patient gave history of stroke. MRI revealed Wallerian degeneration of the right cerebral peduncle, no other findings to explain the patient's headaches.
