Wandering spleen with volvulus and infarction

Axial C+ portal venous phase

Enlarged and hypodense spleen (craniocaudal dimension 15 cm) located in the left lower abdomen and pelvis with no enhancement after intravenous contrast injection. The splenic vessels appear twisted showing a whirlpool sign.
A splenunculus located at the front side of the pancreas tail, with partial enhancement after IV contrast injection.
