Presentation

Painless neck swelling.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male
ct

41 × 33 mm well-defined cystic / solid mass in the superficial lobe of the right parotid gland. Soft tissue components of the mass show moderate enhancement after contrast media administration.

No other neck mass. No nodal abnormality.
