Watershed infarcts

Multiple foci of restricted diffusion are seen in left cerebral hemisphere, predominantly along grey-white matter junction, extending to ACA: MCA and MCA: PCA territory. Few subcortical infarcts show laminar necrosis seen as hyperintense signal on T1W images.
