Left submandibular region pain and swelling.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male

A 12×9 mm stone is noted within distal left Wharton’s duct, accompanied by proximal duct dilatation and left submandibular gland enlargement.

Case Discussion

Large distal Wharton's duct stone which is the commonest form of sialolithiasis.
