Abdominal CT was requested for pain in the right flank, known hemiplegia with severe hip dysplasia.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male

Apart from the bilateral hip dysplasia with severe secondary degenerative osteoarthritis, a question mark is found in the rectum giving us a hint where to look for pathology....
