White out left hemithorax: occlusion left main bronchus

Known left hilar mass, now acute shortness of breath. Reduced air entry on the left.

White out left chest with mediastinum displaced to the left and "cut-off" of the left main bronchus = loss of volume due to bronchial occlusion.
