Increasing shortness of breath - obvious advanced (neglected) right breast malignancy

Patient Data

Age: 45
Gender: Female

Large right pleural effusion with displacement of mediastinal structures to the right (key to plain film findings in chest white out (i.e. medistinum displaced away = effusion, displacement towards = lung collapse). Large distorted right breast cancer.
