Widened scapholunate interval

Widening of the scapholunate joint space, with proximal migration of the capitate is consistent with scapholunate ligament disruption and SLAC wrist.
There is no definite acute fracture seen, although the scaphoid has not been well imaged and scaphoid views are recommended if there is snuffbox tenderness.
