Wilms tumour on abdominal radiograph

Presentation

Irritable. Constipated.

Patient Data

Age: 2 years
Gender: Female
Modality: X-ray

Large mass mainly on the left but crossing the midline, which displaces the bowel loops around it. No calcification seen. No bony abnormality. 

Case Discussion

The patient proceeded to have a Wilms tumour resected and was tumour-free on 5-year follow-up.
