Wilms tumor on abdominal radiograph

Presentation

Irritable. Constipated.

Patient Data

Age: 2 years
Gender: Female

Large mass mainly on the left but crossing the midline, which displaces the bowel loops around it. No calcification seen. No bony abnormality. 

Case Discussion

The patient proceeded to have a Wilms tumor resected and was tumor-free on 5-year follow-up.
