Library of Congress description: "British First Lord of Admiralty, Winston Churchill, is shown dressed in a top hat and a fur-trimmed coat. Carrying a walking stick, he grins in the direction of the viewer where, according to the caption, a photographer stands. Churchill is accompanied by a man with a moustache, possibly an aide, dressed in top hat and coat, who also smiles in the direction of the viewer." 1 drawing: India ink over pencil, with grey wash on drawing board, 17.7 x 15.3 cm.
