The adrenal glands are calcified and enlarged bilaterally in keeping with Wolman's disease.

Wolman disease is a rare metabolic disease, characterised by lipid deposition within multiple organs. In the adrenal glands, accumulation of fatty acids and cholesterol leads to enlargement and eventual calcification.
