Selected images demonstrate bilateral rounded choroid plexus lesions, located in the trigone. They are close to CSF intensity on T1 and do not enhance. On T2 they are also near CSF intensity but they do not attenuate on FLAIR. On DWI they demonstrate high signal.

Case Discussion

Incidental finding of bilateral choroid plexus xanthogranulomas, with typical appearances. They are frequently present, and are almost invariably asymptomatic.
