Pelvic mass.
Patient Data
In the pelvis, there is a non-homogeneous soft tissue mass with the greatest dimension of 9.0 cm. It has a significant mass effect on the adjacent organs. Its lower border is located at the level of the vagina.
The body of the uterine and ovaries are not differentiated.
No visible lymphadenopathy. No distant metastases.
Histologically proven tolk sac tumour.

Yolk sac tumour without lymphadenopathy and distant metastases.
Yolk sac tumour is a malignant, endodermal sinus tumour, histologically similar to the mesenchyma of the primitive yolk sac. Usually, it is found in children before the age of 2.
