Presentation
56 years old Chinese female, presented with working memory impairment for 6 years associated with catastrophic reaction, occasional depressive mood, loss of sense of direction, no psychosis. Cognitive assessment showed very severe memory impairment (non-verbal>verbal) and severe executive function impairment.

The hippocampi are atrophied, more so than the rest of the brain. No focal lobar atrophy. Posterior fossa unremarkable.
