Findings was changed:

The barium swallow shows a posterior pharyngeal pouch arising from the midline of the posterior wall of the distal pharynx at C6 level in keeping with a Zenker diverticulum

The gastro-esophageal-oesophagal junction was evaluated (not shown) with no hiatal hernia and or gastro-oesophageal reflux seen.
