Bilateral subcutaneous soft tissue calcifications associated with foreign material injection for aesthetic augmentation. There's also large asymmetrical right goiter compressing the trachea with shift to the left side.
Case Discussion
Cheek calcifications secondary to synthetic soft tissue cheek augmentation. Other potential late complications include filler migration, and chronic inflammatory response with possible scarring or granulomas.
