Victim of assault who was hit on the head.

Patient Data

Age: 27
Gender: Male

There is a simple fracture involving the superior and lateral aspect of the right orbital roof in its anterior portion, precisely on the zygomatic process of the frontal bone. Local soft tissue increase and oft tissue emphysema.

This is a simple case of facial fracture

The remainder study, including the brain parenchyma was unremarkable.
