Presentation

Fall from his own height with facial trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 80 years
Gender: Male

On the right side, a fracture with sinking towards the anterior wall of the right maxillary sinus is observed, associated with a comminuted, mounted fracture of the posterior-lateral wall, which causes subsidence of the floor of the orbit. The bow of the zygomatic arch with a continuity solution. Diastasis of the front malar suture to this level. Everything described in relation to a complex fracture of the right middle third of the face that involves the zygomatic arch, the maxillary sinus and the floor of the orbit.

Post-septal, extraconal emphysema changes. There is no entrapment of the lower rectus muscle of the orbit.
