One day case-based review of trauma radiology presented by radiologists Dr Andrew Dixon and Dr Craig Hacking in Sydney on Sunday 3 May 2020 at RPAH. Learn how to confidently detect important injuries on x-ray and CT and how to avoid common interpretation pitfalls.

Video

All attendees will receive 12 months free online video access to all videos our 2016 Trauma Radiology Course. Video access commences immediately after the course and ends on 3 May 2021. Bonus upper limb injury, lower limb injury, paediatric trauma and MRI brain in trauma videos are available for viewing immediately after course payment is received. UPDATE ends 20 March 2021 due to event cancellation. 

CPD Certification

All attendees receive a certificate of course attendance.

  • Australasian College for Emergency Medicine = 6.5 CPD hours
  • Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists = 6.5 CPD points
Presenters

Dr Andrew Dixon (@DrAndrewDixon) is a radiologist and co-Director of Training at Melbourne's Alfred Hospital, one of Australia's leading trauma hospitals. He is recognised both locally and internationally as an engaging radiology educator particularly in the areas of trauma and emergency imaging. In addition to his academic director role with Radiopaedia.org, Andrew has founded the Radiology Channel on YouTube. 

Associate Professor Craig Hacking (@drcraighacking) is a radiologist and Director of Medical Imaging at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, and has a special interest in trauma and emergency radiology. He is currently a managing editor at Radiopaedia.org and is an executive committee member of the Australian and New Zealand Emergency Radiology Group (ANZERG). Craig has spoken at many national and international emergency and trauma conferences.

Refund policy

Full refund less $100 administration/video access fee for any cancellations received more than 10 days prior to the event. No refund is available for cancellations received within 10 days of the event. All cancellation requests should be emailed to [email protected]
