There is a right lateral intraventricular lobulated mass of heterogeneous attenuation due to gross calcification, solid enhancing components, and low-density areas that are likely cystic/CSF permeated. It appears attached to the septum pellucidum. The choroid plexus is felt to be displaced inferiorly. Mild ventricular dilatation, but no hydrocephalus.
