A large expansile mass lesion with fluid-fluid level involving the body and posterior arch elements of L3 vertebra. The lesion causes spinal canal stenosis and compresses the thecal sac to the left side. The lesion shows peripheral enhancement on post contrast images.
Rest of the vertebral bodies and posterior arch elements are normal.
The intervertebral discs show normal height and signal characteristics. No evidence of disc bulge/herniation at any level.
The articulating vertebral endplates present continuous smooth contour.
