MRI findings are compatible with Osgood-Schlatter disease in this young patient. Clinically, this condition was also suspected.

Osgood-Schlatter disease is a chronic fatigue injury due to repeated microtrauma at the patellar ligament insertion onto the tibial tuberosity.
