There is an irregular circumferential thickening of the cervical wall, forming a soft tissue mass measuring 4.6 x 3.8 x 3.6 cm with parametrial invasion and extension to the upper vagina. It displays an isosignal to the myometrium on T1, slighly high signal on T2 with a heterogeneous enhancement on postcontrast sequences with restricted diffusion. No extension to the anterior rectal wall or posterior bladder wall. Bilateral pelvic lymphadenopathies are noted.
No para-aortic lymphadenopathy or distant metastases are seen on the CT scan (not shown).
