Ovoid mass arises from posterior cranial fossa measuring about 77x75mm heteregenous T2 signal intensity with moderate mass-effect to pons, medulla oblongata with compression of 4th ventricle, left temporal lobe, cerebellum and as a consequence tonsillar herniation about 10mm below foramen magnum.
