From the case: Pancreatic metastases - likely from renal cell carcinoma
Axial C+ arterial phase
1. At least five different pancreatic lesions with contrast affinity in the arterial phase in the head, corpus and cauda. The biggest is located in the pancreatic head next to the common hepatic duct. 2. A stent is applied into the CHD and a small air bubble has collected within the gall bladder. 3. The right kidney is missing. Multiple renal cysts of the left kidney, Bosniak I.
