Axial T2 +C Fat sat
Mild to moderate heterogenous enhancement of the bone marrow of the right femoral head, neck and proximal shaft as well as the right acetabulum is noted. Peripherally enhancing collections are likewise noted in the right hip joint space and the surrounding muscular (specifically the right gluteus minimus and medius, proximal right vastus lateralis, tensor fascia lata and rectus femoris as well as the distal iliopsoas and pectineus muscles) and subcutaneous soft tissues. Reticular or lace-like patern of enhancement is seen in the subcutaneous fat at the lateral aspect of the right hip with overlying skin thickening.
