Symptomatic side - Empty bicipital groove along with increased echogenisity, low volume of long head biceps muscle. Short head muscle belly shows normal in echogenesity and bulk. Asymptomatic side - Bicipital tendon in situ in bicipital groove. Normal echopattern - bulk of long as well as short head of biceps muscles
