Coronal C+ arterial phase
Follow-up axial CT 6 months later (with coronal reformat) shows subtotal resolution of the focal pancreatic swelling and peripancreatic reactive nodes. Biliary and pancreatic duct dilatation is no longer seen. Mild mesenteric fat oedema persists.
