The lung windows reveal bilateral centrilobular nodules in the right middle, left upper, and bilateral lower lobes with bibasal mucous plugging. These findings are suggestive of a chemical pneumonitis secondary mucous aspiration as a result of the tracheo-oesophageal fistula.
