Axial DWI
Innumerable foci of restricted diffusion compatible with acute-subacute lacunar infarcts scattered throughout the cerebellum, and a lacunar infarct in the superior aspect of the right thalamus. Additionally, there are scattered foci of restricted diffusion along the cerebral cortex, particularly in the frontal lobes and cingulate cortex, in an atypical location for infarcts and of indeterminate etiology.
