Axial T1 + gadolinium Multilobular mass primarily located in the cortex and gyri of the right parietal and temporal lobe, with considerable mass-effect. There also is some leptomeningeal contrast enhancement. Important mass effect with infratentorial herniation of the medial right lobe.
Modality: MRI (T1 C+)
