Hospital Universitari Doctor Josep Trueta

The Josep Trueta University Hospital is a public hospital in the Catalan city of Girona, Spain. The center opened in 1956 and now has 402 beds, 11 operating rooms and 1,500 healthcare workers. It is the referral center for more than 800,000 people and attends more than 70,000 emergencies annually.

The radiology department has 39 certified radiologists within the different subspecialties. About 300,000 diagnostic and interventional explorations are performed every year.
