The patient presented with over a year history of lower back pain and intermittent weakness of her right leg.

On examination there is allmost completely extradural, extramedulary lesion, with small intradural component, hypointense in T1, hyperintense on STIR, with caracteristic target sign on T2, and heterogenous postcontrast enhancement.
