The right glenohumeral joint shows the typical signs of rotator cuff tear arthropathy including a high riding humeral head, reduced subacromial space with acetabularisation of the acromion, femoralisation of the humeral head, decreased joint space in the superior aspect of the glenohumeral joint with associated subchondral sclerosis and collapse of the humeral head. The acromial demonstrates increased sclerosis anteriorly. The ACJ is relatively normal.
