What are the common locations of multiple myeloma deposits? What pattern do they follow?

Axial skeleton and proximal tubular long bones. The pattern is that of the distribution of red-marrow in the older patient.
This patient went on to have a CT guided biopsy and the diagnosis of multiple myeloma was confirmed.
