What are the main complications of pulmonary AVMs?
- cyanosis (due to the right to left shunt) - high output congestive cardiac failure - polycythaemia - paradoxical cerebral embolism
There is a lobular structure with identical density to it's feeding vessel which is a pulmonary arterial branch. The draining vessel is a pulmonary vein tributary. No other lesions are seen. There is an incidental heterogenous indeterminate 10 cm right adrenal mass.
