There is heterogeneous, dominantly hypoechoic lesion (21.6 x 10.1 x 16.5 mm ) in the upper lateral quadrant of the left breast, with small calcifications, and posterior shadowing, without pronounced vascularisation. Near this lesion, there is also smaller satellite, vertical, hypoechoic, irregular shaped lesion, 8.8 mm, with posterior shadowing.
In the right breast, also in the upper lateral quadrant, there is a vertical, lobulated, hypoechoic lesion of 6.3 mm, without posterior shadowing and color signal.
