How can you differentiate between aqueductal diaphragm and stenosis?
In aqueductal stenosis, the aqueduct is uniformly narrowed while in congenital web/diaphragm the part of the aqueduct proximal to the diaphragm is widened.
The yellow arrow refers to the diaphragm at the mid aqueduct of Sylvius.
